MOBILE COLLABORATIVE WELDING VEHICLE — The BRTHC0500011 is a mobile welding platform designed for collaborative robot welding applications. It combines the flexibility of a mobile platform with the intuitive operation of collaborative robots to simplify welding automation.

HUMAN–ROBOT COLLABORATION — Based on the human-machine collaboration capability of collaborative robots, operators can directly guide the robot by dragging the welding torch along the desired weld seam, allowing the system to record the welding path and posture.

DRAG-AND-TEACH FUNCTION — Instead of traditional programming methods, the system records welding posture, motion path, and process parameters while the operator drags the robot along the weld line. The robot can then automatically replicate the welding operation.

NO PROGRAMMING REQUIRED — The platform eliminates the need for complex programming knowledge. Operators can complete the teaching process through simple manual guidance, significantly reducing the technical threshold for robot welding operations.
