Industrial Robots for Manufacturing, Built and Supported by One Team
Xiamen Device Technology designs, assembles, and supports the industrial robots running on your manufacturing floor — six-axis, cobot, SCARA, palletizing, and injection molding platforms, engineered around your process rather than sold off a shelf.
Featured Products
Two of the models our engineers quote most often — real units, real specs, currently in production.
BRTIRSE2013F — Six-Axis Robot & Controller
Shipped as a complete cell — six-axis arm and control cabinet as one integrated unit, which cuts a step out of installation for straightforward welding, handling, and machine tending tasks.
BRTIRSC0603A — SCARA Robot
Rigid on the vertical axis, fast on the horizontal plane — built for the flat, repetitive pick-and-place work that a six-axis robot handles less efficiently, like electronics assembly and small-parts placement.
One Team, From Robot to Running Cell
Most manufacturers buying industrial robots for manufacturing end up coordinating three separate parties: the robot maker, the integrator, and whoever handles support once it's running. We collapsed that into one relationship.
As an authorized Borunte system integration partner, we build on a proven robot platform and add our own controls engineering, tooling design, and application programming on top — the same engineers who spec your robot are the ones who support it after it's installed. Assembly, controller integration, calibration, and burn-in testing all happen at our facility in Xiamen, and every unit is cycle-tested against its rated payload before it ships.
We're a registered national high-tech enterprise, CE certified through UDEM International and EUTEST, ISO 9001:2015 certified for manufacturing, and hold a registered utility model patent through China's National Intellectual Property Administration. None of that replaces a real conversation about your application — it's just the paperwork that backs it up.

What's Actually Included
A robot alone doesn't run a manufacturing line. This is what comes with it.
Application Review
Every quote starts with an engineering review of payload, reach, and cycle time against your actual process.
Custom Tooling
End-of-arm tooling and PLC integration designed for your line, not a generic bracket kit.
Burn-In Tested
Every unit runs a full-cycle test at rated payload before it clears for shipment.
Installation & Training
On-site or remote-guided commissioning, plus operator training in your language.
Remote Diagnostics
Controller-level troubleshooting without a site visit, for issues that don't need a technician on a plane.
Export Documentation
CE compliance packages and shipping coordination prepared per order, not requested after the fact.
Where It's Already Running
Four real deployments, drawn from our published Industry Cases.
Long-Arm Welding — BRTIRUS2110A
Nick, Technical Manager: a 2,100mm long-arm robot paired with a welding machine and ground rail, built for welding long parts efficiently.
Teach-Gun Painting — BRTIRUS2110A
Daniela Díaz, Purchase Manager: teach-gun programming let a general operator set up painting automation without robotics training.
High-Reach Palletizing — BRTMD195001A
Khomsan Suksena, General Manager: a lifting axis reaches a maximum palletizing height of 2.35 meters with simple operation.
Injection Molding Cell — BRTIRUS1820A
Damián Davin, General Manager: machine-side insert loading and unloading, previously manual, now runs at consistent cycle times.
About Our Robots
Six-axis, SCARA, delta, collaborative, palletizing, and injection molding robots, plus 4-axis servo manipulators, with payloads from 3kg to 1,000kg, built on the Borunte platform as an authorized system integration partner.
Yes. Our engineering team designs the full automation cell — end-of-arm tooling, controller integration, conveyor and PLC compatibility — rather than shipping a bare robot arm and leaving integration to the customer.
CE certification from UDEM International and EUTEST, ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing certification, national high-tech enterprise registration, and a registered utility model patent through China's National Intellectual Property Administration.
Documented deployments include welding automation in Russia, painting automation in Mexico, palletizing in Thailand, and injection molding material handling in Argentina, each with a named customer contact.
Yes. Our controllers support EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, and Profinet, which covers most existing manufacturing PLC environments without custom middleware.
Our Robots in Action
Real cycles, real applications — not simulation footage.
Welding
Robotic arc welding cycle on a manufacturing line.
Palletizing
End-of-line case stacking at production speed.
Material Handling
Part transfer and loading between workstations.
Painting
Teach-gun programmed spray coverage on a live part.
