Description
- SIX-AXIS HEAVY-LOAD ROBOT — The BRTIRUS3511A is a six-axis robot developed by Borunte for monotonous, frequent, and repetitive long-term operations, or operations in dangerous and harsh environments. With a 3503 mm arm span and maximum load of 100 kg, it handles loading, unloading, handling, and stacking at an industrial scale.
- 100KG PAYLOAD AT 3503MM REACH — The BRTIRUS3511A delivers a 100 kg payload at a massive 3503 mm arm length — one of the largest payload-to-reach combinations in the Borunte catalogue. With a max reach radius of R3226 mm, it is designed for large-scale material handling, heavy palletising, and oversized workpiece manipulation.
- SIX FULLY ARTICULATED AXES — Features six joints: J1 (±160°), J2 (−75°/+30°), J3 (−80°/+85°), J4 (±180°), J5 (±95°), and J6 (±360°). Maximum speeds reach 85°/s on J1, 70°/s on J2, 70°/s on J3, 82°/s on J4, 99°/s on J5, and 124°/s on J6 — controlled speeds appropriate for heavy-load motion stability.
- BUILT FOR DANGEROUS AND HARSH ENVIRONMENTS — Designed to operate reliably in dangerous and harsh environments including high-dust, high-vibration, and repetitive heavy-duty operation conditions. With multiple degrees of freedom and flexible installation, it adapts to loading and unloading, handling, and stacking scenarios that are impractical or unsafe for human workers.
- MASSIVE STRUCTURE FOR SUSTAINED HEAVY-DUTY USE — With a power source of 9.71 kVA, machine weight of approximately 1187.5 kg, and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.2 mm, the BRTIRUS3511A is engineered for sustained heavy-duty industrial use. The base mounting uses 8 × Ø26 clearance holes with 720 × 580 mm spacing for solid structural anchoring.
