Description
- SIX-AXIS ROBOT FOR COMPLEX APPLICATIONS — The BRTIRUS2110A is a six-axis robot developed by Borunte for complex applications requiring multiple degrees of freedom. With a maximum arm length of 2131 mm and maximum load of 10 kg, it has six degrees of flexibility and is suitable for welding, loading and unloading, assembling, and other demanding industrial scenarios.
- EXTENDED 2131mm REACH — With one of the longest arm spans in the standard six-axis range, the BRTIRUS2110A can reach into large workspaces and complex geometries. The extended reach makes it especially effective for welding large structures, handling oversized workpieces, and assembling components that require broad spatial coverage.
- SIX FULLY ARTICULATED AXES — Features six joints: J1 (±155°), J2 (−140°/+65°), J3 (−75°/+110°), J4 (±180°), J5 (±115°), and J6 (±360°). Maximum speeds reach 110°/s on J1, 146°/s on J2, 134°/s on J3, 273°/s on J4, 300°/s on J5, and 342°/s on J6 for smooth and precise motion across all axes.
- HIGH REPEATABILITY AND RELIABLE PRECISION — Achieves a repeated positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm with a power source of 6.48 kVA and a machine weight of approximately 230 kg. The end flange mounting is Ø44 with 6 × M6 × 12 fastening holes, and the top mounting uses 4 × M8 × 12 with 100 × 50 mm spacing.
- VERSATILE INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS — With six degrees of freedom and a 2131 mm arm span, the BRTIRUS2110A adapts to welding stations, loading/unloading cells, and assembly applications in a single platform. Its broad reach and precise repeatability make it a cost-effective choice for manufacturers needing flexibility across multiple process types.
