- SIX-AXIS ROBOT FOR COMPLEX APPLICATIONS — The BRTIRUS1820A is a six-axis robot developed by Borunte for complex applications requiring multiple degrees of freedom. With a maximum arm length of 1895 mm and maximum load of 20 kg, it is suitable for loading and unloading, injection molding machines from 500T to 1300T, die casting, assembly, coating, polishing, and detection.
- LIGHTWEIGHT ARM DESIGN FOR HIGH-SPEED MOVEMENT — Adopts a lightweight arm design with compact and simple mechanical structure. In high-speed movement states, it can carry out flexible work operations in small workspace environments, meeting the needs of flexible production and adapting to a wide range of industrial scenarios.
- SIX FULLY ARTICULATED AXES — Features six joints: J1 (±155°), J2 (−140°/+65°), J3 (−75°/+110°), J4 (±180°), J5 (±115°), and J6 (±360°). Maximum speeds reach 110°/s on J1, 146°/s on J2, 134°/s on J3, 273°/s on J4, 240°/s on J5, and 375°/s on J6 for smooth and responsive motion.
- IP54 WRIST AND IP40 BODY PROTECTION — The wrist protection grade reaches IP54 (dust-proof and water-resistant) while the body protection grade is IP40, making the BRTIRUS1820A suitable for environments with light fluid exposure such as coating, washing, and detection processes in injection molding facilities.
- PRECISE AND RELIABLE — Achieves a repeated positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm with a power source of 5.87 kVA and a machine weight of approximately 230 kg. The end flange mounting is Ø60/Ø70 with 8 × M6 fastening holes at 22.5° spacing, and the base mounting uses 4 × Ø20 and 4 × Ø10 positioning holes.
