Description
- FOUR-AXIS SCARA ROBOT — The BRTIRSC0603A is a four-axis SCARA robot developed by Borunte for monotonous, frequent, and repetitive long-term operations. With a 600 mm maximum arm length and 3 kg maximum load, it is flexible with multiple degrees of freedom and suitable for printing and packaging, metal processing, textile home furnishing, and electronic equipment fields.
- FOUR ARTICULATED AXES WITH HIGH SPEEDS — Features four joints: J1 (±128°), J2 (±145°), J3 (150 mm linear stroke), and J4 wrist (±360°). Maximum speeds reach 480°/s on J1, 576°/s on J2, 900 mm/s on J3, and 696°/s on J4 — delivering fast and precise motion for high-throughput compact production environments.
- HIGHEST PRECISION SCARA IN THE RANGE — Achieves the highest repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm in the Borunte SCARA range — twice as precise as the 0810A model. Combined with the IP40 protection grade, it is ideal for demanding clean-room adjacent environments where ultra-fine placement accuracy is critical.
- COMPACT FOOTPRINT FOR TIGHT SPACES — With an overall width of 824.5 mm, height of 548 mm, and a base footprint of 325 × 275 mm with 4 × Ø11.5 mounting holes, the BRTIRSC0603A fits easily into constrained production cells. It uses 2 × Ø4 and 2 × Ø6 pneumatic tubes with 6P I/O lines for seamless integration.
- BROAD SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES — The scope of activities reaches R600 mm outer radius with an inner dead zone of R186.62 mm, covering a 128° range on both sides at 60° inner angle. The end flange mounting is Ø36 mm with 4-M5 fastening holes and Ø5 pin holes for precise and flexible end-effector attachment.
