Description
- FOUR-AXIS DELTA ROBOT — The BRTIRPL1003A is Borunte’s first Delta robot, developed specifically for assembly, sorting, and other application scenarios involving light, small, and scattered materials. With a 1000 mm arm span, 3 kg maximum load, and ±0.1 mm repeat positioning accuracy, it is built for high-speed precision handling.
- VISION-COMPATIBLE DESIGN — The BRTIRPL1003A can be paired with visual recognition systems, enabling intelligent sorting, assembly, and quality inspection workflows. Its open Delta structure provides an unobstructed field of view from above, making it ideal for conveyor-based vision-guided pick-and-place applications.
- HIGH-SPEED BEAT TIMES — Supports beat times of 25/305/25 min and 150/305/25 min across different stroke configurations. The upper master arm range is 46.7° and lower arm is 86.6°, with J4 wrist range of ±360° at 1500 pieces/min — delivering extremely high throughput for light material applications.
- WIDE WORKING STROKE — The working stroke covers a circular work area with a base mounting diameter of Ø600 mm (outer) and Ø390 mm (inner). The stroke demonstration cycle follows P1→P2→P3→P4→P3→P2→P1 at 25/305/25 mm, ensuring consistent and repeatable path execution across all cycles.
- COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT STRUCTURE — With a machine weight of approximately 104 kg and a power source of 3.18 kVA, the BRTIRPL1003A is compact and easy to integrate into existing production lines. The end flange mounting supports 4 × M5 fastening holes at Ø25 mm PCD for flexible end-effector attachment.
