- FOUR-AXIS SCARA ROBOT — The BRTIRSC0810A is a four-axis SCARA robot developed by Borunte for monotonous, frequent, and repetitive long-term operations. With an 800 mm maximum arm length and 10 kg maximum load, it offers multiple degrees of freedom and is suitable for printing and packaging, metal processing, textile home furnishing, and electronic equipment fields.
- FOUR FULLY ARTICULATED AXES — Features four joints: J1 (±130°), J2 (±140°), J3 (180 mm linear stroke), and J4 wrist (±360°). Maximum speeds reach 300°/s on J1, 473.5°/s on J2, 1134 mm/s on J3, and 1875°/s on J4 — delivering rapid and precise motion for high-throughput production environments.
- HIGH PRECISION AND FAST RESPONSE — Achieves a repeated positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm, making it one of the most precise robots in the Borunte SCARA range. The IP40 protection grade and compact design make it suitable for clean industrial environments where both precision and reliability are critical.
- COMPACT AND VERSATILE INSTALLATION — With an overall width of 1139 mm, height of 659 mm, and a footprint of 350 × 450 mm base, the BRTIRSC0810A fits into tight production spaces. It features 4 × Ø14.5 mounting holes and 4 × Ø6 pneumatic tubes with 6P I/O lines for easy integration.
- BROAD SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES — The scope of activities reaches R800 mm with an inner dead zone radius of R350 mm, covering a 130° range on both sides (94° inner angle). The end flange mounting size is Ø43 PCD with 4 × M6 EQS fastening holes at 45° spacing for flexible end-effector attachment.
