• ROTARY CUP ATOMIZER — The BRTXB0504040 Rotary Cup Atomizer is the first-generation atomization system developed by Borunt. It operates using an air motor that drives a high-speed rotating cup to atomize paint efficiently for electrostatic spraying applications.
• HIGH-SPEED ROTARY ATOMIZATION — When paint enters the rotating cup, centrifugal force spreads it into a cone-shaped film. The serrated edges of the cup further divide the paint film into extremely fine droplets, enabling precise and uniform paint atomization.
• ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY TECHNOLOGY — After leaving the cup, the droplets are atomized by air and shaped into a uniform spray column using shaping air and high-voltage electrostatic discharge. This ensures better coating coverage and improved transfer efficiency.
• HIGH PAINT UTILIZATION — The rotary cup atomizer significantly improves paint efficiency. Measured paint utilization rates are more than twice that of traditional spray guns, reducing waste and improving coating quality.
