- FIVE-AXIS SERVO MANIPULATOR — The BRTN24WSS5PC is engineered for all types of plastic injection molding machines from 1300T to 2100T, enabling fast take-out and complex angle removal of finished products with a telescopic single-arm form and full five-axis AC servo drive.
- A-AXIS 360° AND C-AXIS 180° ROTATION — Features standard AC servo drive on the A-axis with a rotation angle of 360° and C-axis rotation of 180°. Both axes can freely position and adjust fixture angles with long service life and high accuracy — especially suited for automotive products, washing machines, and household appliances.
- FULL FIVE-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — All five axes — traverse, vertical, crosswise, A-axis, and C-axis — are driven by five-axis AC servo motor. The integrated driver and controller system delivers fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference ability, and high accuracy of repeated positioning at ±0.05 mm.
- EXCEPTIONAL REACH FOR LARGE PRESSES — With a traverse stroke of 3200 mm, crosswise stroke of 2000 mm, and vertical stroke of 2400 mm, this model handles the largest mold configurations at 40 kg payload. Dry cycle time of 15.38 sec and take-out time of 7.04 sec at a machine weight of 1761 kg.
