- FIVE-AXIS SERVO MANIPULATOR FOR EJECTION MACHINES — The BRTV17WSS5PC is designed for all types of horizontal injection molding machines from 600T to 1300T, with an installation method different from traditional beam robots — products and sprue are placed at the end of the injection molding machine, saving valuable installation space.
- A-AXIS 360° AND C-AXIS 180° ROTATION — Features five-axis AC servo drive with A-axis rotation of 360° and C-axis rotation of 180°, enabling freely adjustable fixture positioning. Especially suited for quick removal or complex angle take-out of long-shape products such as automotive parts, washing machines, and household appliances.
- FULL FIVE-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — All axes — traverse, vertical, A-axis, C-axis, and combined axis — are driven by five-axis AC servo motor. The integrated driver and controller system provides fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference ability, and high accuracy of repeated positioning at ±0.05 mm.
- SPACE-SAVING INSTALLATION AT MACHINE END — Unlike conventional overhead gantry robots, the BRTV17WSS5PC is installed at the end of the injection molding machine, reducing the overall footprint. The arm form is telescopic and single-arm with a traverse stroke adjustable within ±200 mm and a vertical stroke of 1700 mm.
