- THREE-AXIS SERVO MANIPULATOR — The BRTNN15WSS3P is built for all types of plastic injection molding machines from 470T to 800T, enabling fast and precise take-out of finished products with a telescopic single-arm form and three-axis AC servo drive across traverse, vertical, and crosswise axes.
- TELESCOPIC ARM WITH C-AXIS 90° WRIST — The vertical arm is the telescopic type with the product arm. Features a C-axis wrist rotation of 90°, enabling accurate fixture angle adjustment. The double-cut single-arm configuration with two suctions and two fixtures saves time and shortens the forming cycle significantly.
- THREE-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — Driven by three-axis AC servo motor across traverse, vertical, and crosswise axes. The integrated driver and controller system delivers fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference, and high accuracy of repeated positioning at ±0.1 mm.
- LARGER REACH FOR BIGGER MACHINES — With a traverse stroke of 2260 mm, crosswise stroke of 900 mm, and vertical stroke of 1500 mm, the BRTNN15WSS3P handles large mold configurations at 15 kg payload. Dry cycle time of 9.03 sec and take-out time of 2.74 sec at 500 kg machine weight.
