- C-AXIS 90° SERVO ROTATION — Features four-axis AC servo drive including a C-axis with a rotation angle of 90° on the wrist. This additional wrist axis enables accurate positioning and fixture angle adjustment, saving more time compared to three-axis models and reducing the forming cycle significantly.
- FOUR-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — Driven by four-axis AC servo motor across traverse, vertical, crosswise, and C-axis (wrist). The integrated driver and controller system provides fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference ability, and high accuracy of repeated positioning at ±0.1 mm.
- HIGH REACH AND RELIABLE PAYLOAD — With a traverse stroke of 2260 mm, crosswise stroke of 900 mm, and vertical stroke of 1500 mm, this model handles large mold configurations at up to 15 kg payload. Dry cycle time is 9.03 sec with a take-out time of 2.74 sec at 500 kg machine weight.
