- THREE-AXIS SERVO MANIPULATOR — The BRTNG09WSS3P is designed for all types of horizontal injection molding machines from 160T to 380T, enabling high-speed take-out of finished products with a double-cut telescopic arm and three-axis AC servo drive.
- TELESCOPIC PRODUCT ARM — The vertical arm is the telescopic type with the product arm. The double-cut single-arm configuration with two suctions and two fixtures saves more time than similar models, enabling accurate positioning and a short forming cycle on every take-out.
- THREE-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — Driven by three-axis AC servo motor covering traverse, vertical, and crosswise axes. The integrated driver and controller system provides fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference ability, and high accuracy of repeated positioning.
- FAST CYCLE WITH RELIABLE PRECISION — Achieves ±0.05 mm repeatability with a dry cycle time of 4.07 sec and a take-out time of 0.68 sec. With a traverse stroke of 1500 mm and vertical stroke of 950 mm, it handles a wide variety of mold configurations efficiently.
