- FIVE-AXIS SERVO MANIPULATOR — The BRTR09WDS5P0 is designed for horizontal injection molding machines from 160T to 320T, providing high-speed take-out of finished products and sprue with a double-cut ternary arm and full five-axis AC servo drive across all axes.
- TERNARY ARM WITH FOUR SUCTIONS — Features a ternary arm form with telescopic product arm and runner arm, equipped with four suctions and two fixtures. The vertical arm is the telescopic stage, suitable for in-mold labeling, in-mold inserting, and other special product applications.
- FIVE-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — All three axes — traverse, vertical, and crosswise — are driven by five-axis AC servo motor. The integrated driver and controller system provides fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference ability, and high accuracy of repeated positioning.
- BALANCED REACH AND PERFORMANCE — With a traverse stroke of 1500 mm and vertical stroke of 950 mm, this model bridges mid and large tonnage requirements. It achieves ±0.05 mm repeatability with a dry cycle time of 5.61 sec and take-out time of 1.5 sec at up to 8 kg payload.
