- FIVE-AXIS SERVO MANIPULATOR — The BRTR17WDS5PC is built for horizontal injection molding machines from 750T to 1200T, enabling high-speed take-out of finished products and sprue with a double-cut ternary arm form and full five-axis AC servo drive.
- TERNARY ARM WITH FOUR SUCTIONS — Features a ternary arm form with telescopic product arm and runner arm, four suctions and two fixtures. Suitable for in-mold labeling, in-mold inserting, and other special large-tonnage product applications requiring high reach and payload.
- FULL FIVE-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — Traverse, vertical, and crosswise axes are all driven by five-axis AC servo motor. The integrated driver and controller system delivers fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference, and high accuracy of repeated positioning at ±0.1 mm.
- MAXIMUM REACH FOR LARGEST MACHINES — With a traverse stroke of 2580 mm and vertical stroke of 1760 mm, this is the largest model in the series. A dry cycle time of 10.85 sec and take-out time of 3.61 sec support heavy, complex mold configurations at full 15 kg payload.
