- THREE-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — Driven by three-axis AC servo motor across traverse, vertical, and crosswise axes. The integrated driver and controller system provides fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference ability, and high accuracy of repeated positioning at ±0.05 mm.
