- FIVE-AXIS SERVO MANIPULATOR — The BRTR07WDS5PC is designed for all types of horizontal injection molding machines from 50T to 200T, enabling fast take-out of finished products and water gate removal with a ternary arm form driven by five-axis AC servo motor.
- TERNARY ARM WITH FOUR SUCTIONS — The arm configuration is ternary type with a telescopic product arm and runner arm. It features four suctions and four fixtures, supporting both quick removal and in-mold sticking, in-mold inserts, and other special product applications.
- FIVE-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — Driven by five-axis AC servo motor across traverse, vertical, and crosswise axes. The integrated driver and controller system features fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference ability, and high accuracy of repeated positioning.
- HIGH SPEED AND PRECISION — Achieves ±0.05 mm repeatability with a dry cycle time of 4.95 sec and take-out time of 1.32 sec. A traverse stroke of 1300 mm and vertical stroke of 750 mm ensure broad coverage for varied mold configurations.
