- A-AXIS 360° AND C-AXIS 180° ROTATION — Features five-axis AC servo drive with A-axis rotation of 360° and C-axis rotation of 180°, both freely positionable to adjust fixture angles. Especially suited for quick injection or complex angle removal of long-shape products such as automotive products, washing machines, and household appliances.
- FULL FIVE-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — All five axes — traverse, vertical, crosswise, A-axis, and C-axis — are driven by five-axis AC servo motor. The integrated driver and controller system delivers fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference ability, and high accuracy of repeated positioning at ±0.1 mm.
- MASSIVE REACH FOR ULTRA-LARGE MACHINES — With a traverse stroke of 4000 mm, crosswise stroke of 2500 mm, and vertical stroke of 3000 mm, the BRTN30WSS5PC handles the most demanding large-tonnage press configurations. Dry cycle time of 16.02 sec supports a maximum payload of 60 kg at 2066 kg machine weight.
