- FIVE-AXIS SERVO MANIPULATOR — The BRTN17WSS5PC is built for all types of plastic injection molding machines from 600T to 1700T, enabling fast take-out and complex angle removal of finished products with a telescopic single-arm form and full five-axis AC servo drive.
- A-AXIS 360° AND C-AXIS 180° WITH FIVE-AXIS PRECISION — Adds two additional servo-driven axes over the 3PC model — the A-axis rotates 360° and the C-axis rotates 180°, both adjustable freely. Ideal for quick injection or complex angle removal applications such as automotive products, washing machines, and household appliances.
- FIVE-AXIS AC SERVO DRIVE — All axes — traverse, vertical, crosswise, A-axis, and C-axis — are driven by five-axis AC servo motor. The integrated driver and controller system delivers fewer signal lines, long-distance communication, strong anti-interference, and high accuracy of repeated positioning at ±0.1 mm.
- IDENTICAL REACH, GREATER FLEXIBILITY — With the same traverse stroke of 2510 mm, crosswise stroke of 1415 mm, and vertical stroke of 1700 mm as the 3PC model, but with two additional servo axes, the 5PC offers superior fixture angle control and versatility for complex shaped products.
