Description
- SIX-AXIS WELDING ROBOT — The BRTIRWD2206A is a six-axis robot developed by Borunte specifically for the welding application industry. With a maximum arm span of 2280 mm and maximum load of 6 kg, it is compact in shape, small in volume, and light in weight — designed for precise, flexible arc welding operations.
- HOLLOW WRIST FOR CLEANER CABLE ROUTING — The wrist adopts a hollow structure, making cable and wire routing more convenient and reducing the risk of wire snagging during complex welding paths. This enables more flexible action during long continuous weld runs and multi-pass welding sequences.
- SIX FULLY ARTICULATED AXES — Features six joints: J1 (±155°), J2 (−130°/+68°), J3 (−75°/+110°), J4 (±153°), J5 (−130°/+120°), and J6 (±360°). Maximum speeds reach 106°/s on J1, 135°/s on J2, 128°/s on J3, 168°/s on J4, 324°/s on J5, and 504°/s on J6 for fluid welding motion.
- DESIGNED FOR WIRE FEEDER INTEGRATION — Includes dedicated wire feeder mounting positions and wire feeding plate mounting sizes, enabling direct integration of welding wire feed systems. The base mounting footprint of Ø20 clearance holes with 4 × Ø10 positioning holes ensures solid and stable installation on welding fixtures.
- COMPACT AND PRECISE — With a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.08 mm, power source of 5.38 kVA, and machine weight of 167 kg, the BRTIRWD2206A delivers professional-grade welding precision in a compact form factor — suitable for both standalone welding cells and integrated production line welding stations.
