Description
- SIX-AXIS WELDING ROBOT — The BRTIRWD1506A is a six-axis industrial robot developed by Borunte specifically for the welding application industry. With a maximum arm length of 1647 mm and maximum load of 6 kg, it features a compact structure, small volume, and light weight — purpose-built for flexible arc welding operations.
- HOLLOW WRIST FOR FLEXIBLE CABLE ROUTING — The wrist adopts a hollow structure, making cable and wire routing more convenient and reducing interference during complex weld paths. This design allows more flexible action during continuous and multi-pass welding operations, ensuring consistent arc quality throughout extended runs.
- SIX FULLY ARTICULATED AXES — Features six joints: J1 (±165°), J2 (−100°/+70°), J3 (±80°), J4 (±150°), J5 (±110°), and J6 (±360°). Maximum speeds reach 163°/s on J1, 149°/s on J2, 223°/s on J3, 169°/s on J4, 270°/s on J5, and 398°/s on J6 — enabling smooth, high-speed welding trajectories.
- INTEGRATED WIRE FEEDER MOUNTING — Features dedicated wire feeder mounting positions (4-M8 × 16 mm) and a wire feeding plate mounting (2 × M8 × 16 mm, 50 mm spacing) built directly into the robot structure, enabling clean and direct integration of welding wire feed systems without additional external brackets.
- PRECISE AND COMPACT — Achieves a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm with a power source of 4.64 kVA and machine weight of approximately 166 kg. Max reach radius of R1515 mm. End flange mounting is Ø60 with 8 × M5 × 12 fastening holes at 11° spacing and Ø4 pin holes for precise tool attachment.
