- SIX-AXIS ROBOT FOR HEAVY-DUTY COMPLEX APPLICATIONS — The BRTIRUS2030A is a six-axis robot developed by Borunte for complex applications with multiple degrees of freedom. With a maximum arm length of 2068 mm and maximum load of 30 kg, the flexibility of its six degrees of freedom handles injection parts taking, machine loading and unloading, assembly, and large-part handling.
- IP54 WRIST AND IP50 BODY PROTECTION — The wrist protection grade reaches IP54 (dust-proof and water-resistant) while the body protection grade is IP50, making it suitable for injection molding environments with light fluid and dust exposure. This dual-grade protection ensures long service life in demanding production conditions.
- SIX FULLY ARTICULATED AXES — Features six joints: J1 (±150°), J2 (−90°/+70°), J3 (−55°/+105°), J4 (±180°), J5 (±115°), and J6 (±360°). Maximum speeds reach 102°/s on J1, 103°/s on J2, 123°/s on J3, 245°/s on J4, 270°/s on J5, and 337°/s on J6 for controlled, precise heavy-load motion.
- BUILT FOR 30KG PAYLOAD AT LONG REACH — The BRTIRUS2030A delivers a 30 kg payload at a 2068 mm arm length — a significant load-to-reach ratio in this class. With a max reach radius of R1920 mm, it handles large and heavy injection-molded parts, moulds, and equipment components with repeatability of ±0.08 mm.
- ROBUST MOUNTING AND STRUCTURE — With a power source of 6.11 kVA and machine weight of approximately 310 kg, the BRTIRUS2030A is built for sustained heavy-duty use. The end flange mounting is Ø55 with 8 × M6 × 10 fastening holes at 22.5° spacing, and the base uses 4 × Ø10 and 4 × Ø20 positioning holes.
