- EXPLOSION-PROOF SIX-AXIS SPRAYING ROBOT — The BRTIRSE2013F is a six-axis explosion-proof spraying robot developed by Borunte, supplied with a matched air valve box and explosion-proof control cabinet. With a 2134 mm super long arm span and maximum load of 13 kg, it is designed for use in hazardous spraying environments where standard robots cannot safely operate.
- IP65 DUST-PROOF AND WATER-PROOF — The protection grade reaches IP65 — fully dust-tight and protected against water jets from all directions. This makes the BRTIRSE2013F suitable for continuous spraying operations in coating booths, wet environments, and chemical-laden air conditions across spraying and accessories handling fields.
- HIGH-PRECISION REDUCER ON ALL JOINTS — Each joint is installed with a high-precision reducer, enabling high-speed joint movement for flexible and agile operation. Features six joints: J1 (±162.5°), J2 (±124°), J3 (−57°/+237°), J4 (±180°), J5 (±180°), and J6 (±360°) for maximum reach and spray angle coverage.
- VERSATILE SPRAYING AND HANDLING APPLICATIONS — Suitable for a wide range of spraying industry applications including coating, moving and handling, stacking, injection plastic operations, and accessories handling fields. Spraying equipment mounting holes (10 × M8 × 12, 4 × 70 mm spacing) enable direct attachment of spray guns and applicators.
- HEAVY-DUTY BUILD WITH TRANSPORTATION RESERVE — With a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.5 mm, power source of 6.38 kVA, and machine weight of 385 kg, the BRTIRSE2013F is built for sustained industrial spraying. A reserved transportation mounting hole position is included for safe equipment relocation between facilities.
